Hi Emma G! I found an oooolllldd photo yesterday. I bet you can pick everyone out! Two days ago was the anniversary of my dad's death and I looked at photos of him that made me smile. He was tall, funny, and smart...JUST like your dad! In the photo is Grandpa Dave, Grammie, Auntie DDe in the back, me in the front, and of course your dad on the left, looking like he didn't want his photo taken! Can we talk about those crazy curtains at some point?!

I can't wait to see you and learn about you again. You are 12 now. You must have a great and creative imagination, creating fun games with friends and understanding more about the world and what a complex place it can be at times. I bet you will want to see the world and explore someday...I hope you do. And I'll go with you!

We all miss you like crazy every day.

Love always,
Auntie Jo

Times are so different now

Hi My Sweet Emma,
It is Coronavirus time and you are out of school along with Žan and Taj and millions of children all over the world.  It’s hot in Florida, so I hear, and the virus is controlling our cities, our states and our countries and sadly our corrupt politicians. I don’t understand these kind of people. They fit in the same black hole with dishonest lawyers, lying and cheating the good people.  I hope you never have to deal with this darker side of the population because I still imagine you as pure and kind with a heart of gold.  I pray this pandemic and the lives that have been lost convince your mother and the boyfriend you have to live with to stop the drugs and the manipulation.  I pray for their conversion.  I pray also for your other grandmother who lives on the dark side. It’s no way to live and it’s not true happiness.  Life is too short. Your daddy, my son Todd, who is your real daddy, knows that now.  He earned his way to Heaven by helping others and a pure love for you filled with tenderness and respect.  He never made you do anything that was mean spirited or selfish. He was a really good Daddy.
I Don’t want you to think that I have forgotten about you because I haven’t. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about how you’re doing and if you are safe.
Call me at (703)577-5746.
Love, Grammie
